Gr 7 - Administrative Rep - SPG - New Practice

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides support services to AR Supervisor, Coders, and other staff in the CBO as directed. Support may be in the form of collecting and distributing documentation, making system inquiries, printing, copying, scanning, and/or faxing documents, answering phone inquiries, and other clerical support activities. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in The Methodist Mission, Vision and Values.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
High school graduate or equivalent.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Six months secretarial and administrative experience in a medical setting is required.
Basic computer skills.
Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as copier, fax machines, and phones.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
40 wpm, data entry, and basic 10 key calculating experience
Good organizational and time management skills.
Above average telephone, communication and diplomacy skills.
